About

Product thinker, delivery person, lifelong learner.

I’ve spent most of my career helping teams move from “we should build something” to a product, service or platform that is actually working in the real world.

A practical kind of strategy.

My background sits between product management, project leadership and digital consulting. I’m comfortable in early discovery, in a workshop full of competing priorities, or in the middle of delivery when decisions need to be made quickly and clearly.

I care about strong product judgment, useful documentation, transparent trade-offs and teams that understand why they are building something — not just what the ticket says.

How it started: It all began with radio. I wanted to launch the first website and the first national audio stream. To succeed, I started a project. That was in the last century.

My working style

  • Start with the problem. Features come later.
  • Make uncertainty visible. Better decisions need better assumptions.
  • Keep delivery human. Processes should help teams think, not replace thinking.
  • Hybrid by nature. Agile flexibility combines strong project-management discipline.
  • Prefer useful over impressive. Especially with AI.
  • Write things down. Clarity compounds.
  • Clarity-first communication Clarity, transparency, realistic expectations, and decisions that move the work forwar.
Experience

A career across complex digital work.

My experience combines product ownership, project leadership, Agile and hybrid delivery, stakeholder management, and close collaboration with UX, engineering, and business teams.
I combine long delivery experience with formal project and Agile foundations, and I’m continually sharpening product, AI and language skills.

Today

Hamburg ↔ Sarajevo perspective

Credentials

Structured enough to deliver. Curious enough to keep changing.

A short working note on how I think about roles in digital product and project work.
The roles overlap, but they optimize for different primary questions.

Product asks: Are we solving the right problem for the right user in a way that creates value?
Project asks: Can we coordinate people, scope, dependencies, time and risk to deliver the agreed outcome?
Where they meet?
Complex digital products need both. Product judgment without delivery discipline stalls. Delivery discipline without product judgment can efficiently produce the wrong thing.
